Dak Prescott reiterated that he is ready to leave the Dallas Cowboys

Dak Prescott sent a strong message to Jerry Jones on his probable contract extension with the Dallas Cowboys.

Dak Prescott has not received a contract extension from the Dallas Cowboys.

Despite having an MVP-caliber season, the quarterback's entire season was wiped out by a devastating home playoff loss to the Green Bay Packers.

So, with the last year of his contract looking like Super Bowl or bust, Prescott admitted his desire to stay in Dallas while also putting pressure on Jerry Jones.

If the owner does not put money on the table, Dak has every opportunity to sign elsewhere as a free agent.

Of course, that final statement is startling given Prescott's potential to reset the NFL quarterback market

If the Dallas Cowboys want him to stay, money will be important, with at least $50 million each year.

Dak Prescott is entering the final year of his contract, and Jerry Jones has no plans to extend it. No negotiations are expected before the 2024 season.
